Howie Bruno

I am an experienced litigator representing plaintiffs in personal injury, professional malpractice, and employment cases. I began my career in 2019 in the Manhattan office of an AmLaw 10 firm, where I defended large corporations in complex commercial lawsuits. Since 2022, I have represented individual plaintiffs and families in cases against healthcare giants and insurance companies.

I have secured millions of dollars in settlements for my clients in cases involving car, bicycle, and motorcycle crashes; industrial injuries; slips and trips; employer misconduct and more. I have also represented pro bono clients in domestic violence, immigration, and civil rights matters. I have served on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program (SDVLP) since 2023.

I launched my own firm in 2026 to provide my clients with the level of care, attention, and advocacy I believe they deserve. When I take your case, I take up your fight and make it mine. Bad actors, powerful institutions, and insurance companies often count on people giving up. But facts matter. When confronted with strong evidence, they can be forced to acknowledge the truth, or be held accountable at trial.
